TELESTACKER is a belt conveyor-based stacking machine comprising a trussed main frame, a chassis of various types, two conveyor booms (main and inner telescopic «stinger»), feed and transfer hoppers, a hydraulic luffing system for boom elevation, and a range of optional equipment such as conveyor belt covers, telescopic loading chutes, crane-style operator cabins, and other accessories. Each unit is equipped with an automated control package and sensor suite for real-time monitoring of process parameters.
The operating principle is based on the extension and retraction of the stinger relative to the main boom. In combination with radial, axial, or parallel travel, as well as boom luffing, this allows the formation of stockpiles with a precise geometry or targeted material delivery points during conveying, transfer, or vessel loading, including uniform distribution within ship holds.
