ADEN GROUP manufactures a full range of conveyor
components, including:
— Pulley and roller shafts;
— Drive pulleys;
— Snub pulleys;
— Return pulleys;
— Winch pulleys;
— Deflector rollers;
— Lightweight (aluminium) rollers.
Additional pulley and roller types are available, with or without lagging in a variety of compounds and surface materials to meet specific operational requirements. adengroupmm.
Self-propelled conveyor equipment can be configured with crawler track frames. Each track frame comprises two crawler tracks mounted on a common axle, providing free rotation around a central equalizer beam. This design allows the assembly to pivot and evenly distribute loads across the entire chassis. Tracks are driven by gearmotors controlled through variable frequency drives, enabling precise travel speed adjustment and smooth, controlled braking under all operating conditions.
Heavy-duty arched conveyor belt covers are available in a range of materials, including galvanized steel, aluminium alloys, and coated metals. Multiple fastening options are offered, such as bolted clamp systems (KrNK type) and spring-loaded latches. The wave height and corrugation pitch of the profile sheet are increased to maximize finished product strength.
Production line
The ADEN GROUP conveyor cover production line consists of two sections:
— Profile bending section;
— Sheet bending section.
Fastening Type: Bolted Clamp
(KrNK) This fastening method for conveyor belt covers utilizes a bolted hinge clamp as the primary retaining element, secured with industrial-grade fasteners.
«Dry Fog» dust control system generates a dense cloud of ultra-fine water droplets, suspended in the air stream, with particle sizes ranging from 3 to 10 microns. These droplets are produced by ultrasonic nozzles, which atomize a pressurized feed of water and compressed air.
Advantages of the «Dry Fog» System:
— simple installation;
— easy maintenance and system flexibility.
Both installation and operating costs of the «Dry Fog» system are significantly lower than those of chemical (water-emulsion) or ventilation-based dust suppression solutions.
The Customer is responsible for supplying clean water at the specified pressure and compressed air via a dedicated pipeline. System start-up and shutdown are controlled by solenoid valves that regulate the flow of water and compressed air into the system. The «Dry Fog» system is equipped with a drain function for water removal and an air purge capability for clearing the main pipeline. Power supply, control, and process monitoring for all system components are performed via a dedicated control cabinet.
