Conveyors

CONVEYOR is a continuous transport machine designed for the movement of bulk, lumpy, or unit loads. The conveyor truss is a self-supporting steel spatial structure composed of individual sections with a maximum length of 12 m.

Sections are connected to each other using bolted joints. The truss is supported by column-type structures, with maximum spans determined based on the structural stiffness and the calculated operational load. In order to provide safe routine inspection and preventive maintenance, the conveyor is equipped with walkways, access platforms, and ladders along both sides of the truss.

DRIVE STATION

DRIVE STATION of a stationary conveyor consists of a welded steel frame assembled using bolted joints, with belt drive gearmotors mounted directly on the frame. Hollow-shaft gearmotors are directly coupled to the drive pulley shafts. Hydraulic couplings may also be used to provide smoother start-up of the conveyor line. For extended conveyor installations, the drive station can be integrated with the tail-end station using snub pulleys, sheave systems, and counterweights.

TAIL STATION

TAIL STATION consists of a fully welded I-beam-based steel frame housing a return pulley of special wing-type design. A protective steel guard is installed over the pulley.

TRAVELLING TRIPPER

TRAVELLING TRIPPER is designed for material transfer from the main conveyor into the feed hoppers of shiploaders or Telestackers, moving in synchrony with them along the vessel’s length to achieve continuous loading.
